Cancellation Policy

Scheduled appointments cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Full payment is expected for no-shows, and cancellations made within 6 hours.   If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment time may be forfeited.

Cancellations:

Sessions for series work are covered by the same cancellation policy as described below “Hours of Operation.”  A session will be deducted from your series balance should you cancel within 6 hours or no-show.  And you will have a choice if you want to cancel within 24 hours to pay a 100$ fee to keep your session balance as it was prior to the missed session or deduct a session from your balance.

Refunds for Series:

Refunds for prepaid series are given based upon the total paid. minus the number of sessions completed at the current individual session rate.

Expiration for Series:

5-series should be completed within 6 months. Sessions remaining after that time will expire. Series of different quantities will be discussed on an individual basis. Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
